  1. Procurement Officer ( 1 Post)
    Overall purpose of the Job
    This position is responsible for developing and implementing the institution procurement plan to ensure availability of required goods and services at all times according to the institution requirement and strategies.
    Requirements/Qualifications
     A bachelor degree in procurement and supplies chain management or equivalent from a recognized institution
     Must be a member of KISM
     Compliance with Chapter 6 of the constitution of Kenya, 2010
     Three years work experience in supply chain management
     Computer literacy
     Knowledge of Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act and Regulations 2015
     Knowledge of professional standards
    Roles/Responsibilities
     Develop and implement the institution procurement strategy to ensure timely procurement of goods and services
     Present procurement reports to the management to ensure proper recommendations on the gaps identified.
     Coordinate the preparation of the procurement work plan to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services
     Coordinate timely preparation of the institution procurement budget to ensure sufficient resources are allocated for the implementation of the procurement plan.
     Monitor compliance with the relevant procurement laws and regulations in order to reduce exposure to risks associated with noncompliance. Participate in the tender process to carry out tender evaluation in line with the institution’s procurement policies and procedures in order to select the most qualified suppliers to contract

2. ICT Officer (1 Post)
Overall purpose of the Job

This position is responsible for ICT support by installation, configuration and/ or maintenance of computer related hardware, software and networks.
Requirements/Qualifications
 Diploma in ICT or equivalent from a recognized institution
 Knowledge of advanced clerical, operational or customer service skills acquired through education, experience or on the job training
 Advanced ICT equipment maintenance and diagnostic skills
 Must comply with the provisions of Chapter six (6) of the constitution of Kenya.
 Two year of relevant working experience
Roles/ Responsibilities
 Take part in installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners to ensure the consumers of the same are able to do so with minimum or no challenges.
 Undertake scheduled maintenance upgrades to ensure efficient systems running and improve usability and security of the systems.
 Provide input to equipment repairs and replacement of damaged parts for efficient functioning of equipment and to ensure longevity and optimum utilization of the equipment.
 Provide computer users with first line support services to ensure normal running of operations within the institution.

3. Secretary (1 Post)
Overall purpose of the Job

This position is responsible for the provision of office administrative services to the departments.
Requirements/ Qualifications
 Computer Literacy.
 Three years of relevant experience.
 Kenya National Examination Council exams in Shorthand III, Typewriting III, Business English III, Office Practice II, Commerce II, Secretarial II OR Higher Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
Roles/Responsibilities
 Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls to ensure timely communication passed on to the relevant office.
 Operate office equipment in printing and photocopying documents to provide administrative assistance to the institution.
 Prepare responses to simple routine correspondences in a timely manner.
 Organize administration records and correspondences to ensure easy accessibility to the documentation/ information whenever required.
 Classify documents and materials to ensure security and confidentiality of office records.
 Receive and attend to visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner and direct them to the respective offices.
 Monitor cleanliness of the office and ensure that the office is well-managed to promote a good working environment.
 Maintain of an efficient, smooth and easily accessible filing system to ensure required documents are traced in an efficient manner.

  1. Security Officer (1 Post)
    Overall purpose of the Job

    This position is responsible for the supervision of assistant security officer and security guards within the institution to reduce security risks, respond to incidents and limit exposure to liabilities when conducting day to day operations at the institution.
    Requirements/ Qualifications
     Diploma in Criminology or other related studies from a recognized institution.
     Must has served in the disciplined forces.
     Computer Literacy.
     Two years relevant experience.
    Roles/ Responsibilities
     Implement operational and tactical security work plans and schedules, including shifts and work station assignments, relating to departmental objectives to ensure effective and efficient security processes.
     Implement security solutions and security processes across the institution in line with the strategic plan to make certain compliance of security operational processes.
     Restrict idling and any unauthorized persons from gaining access to the institution to protect the institutions property and persons.
     Confirm authorization of all equipment entering and leaving the institution to establish proper responsibility and provide security of equipment.
     Maintain records of queries raised, visitors, as well as vehicles coming into the institution for future reference to facilitate handling of any security related incidences.
     Supervise security personnel handling emergencies to facilitate timely response to incidences.
     Ensure safe evacuation of staff from the institution building in case of an emergency to confirm safety of all persons.
     Conduct periodic risk assessment and security audits in accordance to work plans to inform on key priority areas to enhance compliance on set standards.

5. Administrative Assistant
Overall purpose of the Job

This position is responsible for the provision of efficient office support and administrative assistance to the Principal.
Requirements/ Qualifications
 Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field from a recognized institution.
 Three years of relevant experience.
 Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 Good public relations.
Roles/Responsibilities
 Maintain the diary and appointments/meetings for the Principal to ensure
appointments are well planned and timely.
 Organize administration records and correspondence to ensure quick access to
required information/ documents.
 Maintain an efficient, smooth and easily accessible filing system to ensure the
security of information and to limit access to unauthorized persons.
 Maintain security and confidentiality of office records, documents and equipment.
 Manage office protocol and receive incoming calls, and correspondences and act
as the link between executive offices, to ensure efficient response time to inquiries
 Undertake correspondence for the principal as requested and as appropriate.
 Prepare for committee meetings such as the BOG meetings.
