How to Participate
To participate in our tender opportunities, interested suppliers, contractors, and service providers are required to:
Review Tender Documents: Obtain and carefully review the tender documents, including instructions to bidders, technical specifications, terms and conditions, and any other relevant information.
Submit Bid: Prepare and submit a compliant bid proposal in accordance with the instructions provided in the tender documents. Ensure all required documents and information are included and submitted before the specified deadline.
Attend Pre-Bid Meetings (if applicable): Attend any pre-bid meetings or site visits scheduled as part of the tender process to gain a better understanding of the requirements and ask questions.
Clarifications and Inquiries: Seek clarification on any aspects of the tender documents or requirements by contacting the designated contact person before the bid deadline.

Qualified and interested applicants may inspect and obtain the Registration/Tender Document from the institution (procurement office) during normal working hours i.e. From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ksh1000 (one thousand shillings only) per set of tender document.
Payment should be made to KCB Bank, Port Victoria branch account number 1157075576. Bidders may also download the documents free of charge from the website www.bumbetti.ac.ke/tenders and forward their particulars immediately to info@bumbetti.ac.ke before the closing date to allow records and communication for any tender.
Duly filled tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with relevant tender number and addressed to:

The documents be deposited in the Tender Box outside the administration block, so as to be received on or before the tender application deadline date.
