Performance Contracting covers Core Mandate (training and assessment), Financial stewardship, service delivery, Access of Government Procurement Opportunities (AGPO), Promotion of Local Content in Procurement and Cross cutting issues.
PC entails the settings and executing targets every financial year. Evaluation is done at the end of the year to determine level of achievement in the set targets. This has greatly propelled the Institute to improve on its service delivery to its customers.
