Bumbe Technical Training Institute is an affiliate of Kenya Association of Technical Training Institutions (KATTI) in the Western region. We invest in nurturing the talents of our students through sports and games.
At Bumbe Technical Training Institute, we believe in the holistic development of our students, and sports and recreation play a crucial role in fostering physical fitness, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle. Our Sports & Recreation Department is committed to providing a vibrant and engaging environment that promotes not only academic excellence but also the overall well-being of our students.

During first term of every calendar year, we participate in both Western Kenya Region and National KATTI and athletics championship. In addition, we participate in Western region and National drama competitions.
Furthermore, in the second term, we participate in the Western Kenya Region KATTI Ball Games and proceed to the national upon qualifying.
Our students have demonstrated a high level of discipline and a great passion for sports activities.
